Introduction:

  • Sales Rep: "Hi, [Customer’s Name]. Thank you for choosing Imagine and Become. I'm here to assist you with the sign-up process. Are you ready to get started?"

Step-by-Step Guidance:

  1. Navigate to Website:

    • Sales Rep: "Please go to imagineandbecome.com. Have you opened the website?"

    • Customer: [Responds]

    • Sales Rep: "Great!"

  2. Sign Up Process:

    • Sales Rep: "Now, go to the Sign-Up section. If you're using a phone, you can click on the three dots in the top right corner. Do you see the Sign-Up option?"

    • Customer: [Responds]

    • Sales Rep: "Click on it and enter your correct email address, name, country, and phone number."

  3. Choose a Plan:

    • Sales Rep: "Next, you'll be directed to choose a plan. The first option on the list is the Master Login. If you prefer a different plan, please scroll down to find it. Have you selected your plan?"

    • Customer: [Responds]

    • Sales Rep: "Great choice!"

  4. Stripe Checkout:

    • Sales Rep: "You will now be redirected to Stripe Checkout. Choose your preferred payment method. If you select a debit or credit card, please enter the correct card number, cardholder's name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code located on the back of the card."

  5. Complete the Purchase:

    • Sales Rep: "After successfully completing the payment, you will see a message on the screen saying 'Thank you for your payment.' Your password for accessing our resources will be shown there. Please take a screenshot or write it down. You will also receive an email from Imagine and Become with your login password."

Closing:

  • Sales Rep: "Thank you for becoming a part of our team. We wish you great success on your journey with Imagine and Become. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Have a wonderful day!"
